إسمي جبرا داود بدور وأنا طالب في مدرسة اكادمية قطر. كان منصبي في برنامج سفراء العرب التابع لUnited Ambassadors هو رئيس السفراء في دولة قطر.
ومن هذه الخبرة قد تعلمت تحمل المسوليه، وكيفية التعامل مع الاخرين وكيف أكون قائدٌ ناجح. كانت تجربتي في هذا البرنامج ناجحة جداً وأكثر مما تصورت، و قد شاركت في اجتماعات، دورات تدريبيه، وجميع المؤتمرات، لضمان النجاح لهذا البرنامج.
و الآن أطبق هذه المهارات في كل جانب من جوانب حياتي سواء كانت تعليمية أو شخصية.قصة نجاحي تاتي من التكرار والتمرن في هذا البرنامج لأنن الفريق مارسة على برنامج "بلاك بورد" حيث يستطيع فريقٌ كامل ان يشارك ويناقش مواضيعٌ كثيرة. إذاً من هذا التدريب استطعت أن استخدم ما تعلمته من المناقشات في برنامج السفراء العرب.
My name is Jabra Baddour, and I am a student at Qatar Academy. I held the position as head ambassador of Qatar throughout my term of what is now known as the United Ambassadors program.
Having had this experience I was able to offer something towards my community as well as gain valuable skills that allowed me to lead my team and successfully accomplish our goals for the recent conferences.
Throughout my experience I learned how to effectively debate and communicate with others, learned the value of responsibility and how to be a great leader amongst a team of highly qualified members. In order to gain this experience I attended trainings, meetings, sessions and conferences so that I could constantly apply all the skills that I have learned to develop and help build the program that I am proud to be part of.
By learning the importance of responsibility, communication and leadership I was able to apply my leadership skills towards my own life and was able to chair in multiple conferences and direct presentations occurring within Qatar.
